How to Seduce a Woman

The problem that most men have when it comes to seducing a woman is that they have a three letter word on their mind, S-E-X, when they should be thinking about a bigger word, I-N-T-A-M-A-C-Y. I'm not claiming that women can read men's minds. They can't. What they can do, however, and without exception is spot a man from across a crowded, darkened room and with one eye shut that has S-E-X on the brain. Maybe it's a chemical reaction. Most women will avoid these men like the men have the bubonic plague because they come across as predatory and dangerous.

Men who are very successful at seducing women are not necessarily movie-star handsome or Donald Trump rich. There are, however, some things that they all have in common.

1. They really like women in general and they exude a non-threatening aura.
2. They are self-confident without being arrogant.
3. They have a well-honed sense of humor.
4. They are attentive listeners because they are truly interested and they make women feel good about themselves.

Men who are successful at seducing women really LIKE women in general. They do not view them as competitors nor as sex objects. They just like women...all women. They were likely close to their mother's and they adore their grandmothers. They see women not as the holders of the key to what they want but as interesting human beings who they hold in the highest regard. They do not look DOWN on women in general. They look UP to them. Because of this, they come across as non-threatening. They aren't predators and they don't appear to be predators.

Men who are successful at seducing women have a great deal of self confidence or self assuredness. They like themselves. They feel successful in whatever job they are doing whether it is as an investment banker or a garage mechanic. They generally master whatever they set out to master. If they choose to learn to fly an airplane, they do so. If they choose to play chess, they do it well. Self confidence is attractive but cockiness or arrogance isn't.

Women are drawn to men who make them laugh. They are not drawn to men who are loud-mouthed show-offs. Men who have to be the center-of-attention reminds women of boys in their third grade class who always yelled, "Look at me! Look at me!" That is a big turn-off and the man who is a show-off isn't very likely going to be successful at seduction. But men who approach life with a twinkle in their eye and a well-honed funny bone will be.

Men who tend to dominate a conversation aren't going to be very good at seducing women either. These men are intimidating to women. They are obviously more interested in what they have to say themselves than in what a woman they are trying to seduce has to say.

Men who are successful at seducing a woman give her his undivided attention. He listens to what she says. He asks relative questions. He draws her not just out, but out and toward himself.
